Flushers and Toilet Paper Dispenser

If a toilet’s flush control is hand operated, the operable part should be located no higher than 48 inches above the floor.

The force required to activate a toilet’s manual flush control should be no greater than 5 pounds.

Manual flush controls should be on the open side of the water closet.

Toilet paper dispensers should be located no less than 7 inches and no more than 9 inches from the front of the water closet to the centerline of the dispenser.

The outlet of a toilet paper dispenser should be located no less than 15 inches and no greater than 48 inches above the floor.
